Shannon is originally from Chattanooga and moved to Charlotte in 1991. Shannon holds a bachelor’s degree in Communications from Salem College and is a member of the International Council of Shopping Centers (ICSC), Institute of Real Estate Management (IREM) and Building Owners and Managers Association (BOMA). With her 30+ year involvement in Charlotte real estate, Shannon has developed key relationships within the industry. Shannon’s previous position with Lincoln Harris was primarily focused on management for institutional investors for retail, medical and office properties and, prior to that, Shannon has worked with Childress Klein, Aston Properties and Pappas Properties. Shannon has extensive leadership experience in asset management and creates value for owners with cost-effective operations, life-cycle strategies for major capital expenditures, tenant retention and unsurpassed customer service.
With more than 30 years of property management experience, Shannon holds the position of Director of Property Operations and leads an experienced team of tenured managers who are dedicated to the operation and management of MPV Properties’ portfolio of more than 80 assets comprised of office, retail, mixed-use and flex properties throughout North and South Carolina.
